How to Request Deletion of Your ViralBlast Data ViralBlast respects your right to control your personal data. If you connected your Facebook account to ViralBlast and would like your data removed, you can request deletion using any of the methods below.
Data Deletion Request
Option 1 — Delete your ViralBlast account
Log in to your ViralBlast account. Go to Settings → Profile → Danger Zone. Click Delete Account and confirm. Your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.
Option 2 — Disconnect via Facebook
Open Facebook and go to Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites. Find ViralBlast in the list of active apps. Click Remove and confirm. Facebook will notify us automatically and we will delete your data within 30 days.
Option 3 — Email us directly
If you no longer have access to your account, email privacy@viralblast.app with the subject line "Data Deletion Request". Include the email address or Facebook ID associated with your account. We will process your request within 30 days and send you a confirmation code you can use to track the deletion status.

What gets deleted
Your account and profile information. All connected social channel tokens and credentials. Scheduled posts, campaigns, and uploaded media. Billing history (except records required by law for up to 7 years). Analytics data tied to your account.
What we are required to retain
Transaction records for financial compliance (up to 7 years). Anonymized, aggregated usage statistics that cannot identify you.
